Lumière over me
Should this be the last thing I see
I want you to know it’s enough for me
‘Cause all that you are is all that I’ll ever need
I’m so in love, so in love
To get married once is a big deal, but to get married twice…to the same person is something special. I was honored to have hung out with the Bruns family on such a special day. They are the type of people you show up early for work to be with. In fact, I had arrived to New Orleans about two hours early thinking I would get some work done in a local coffee shop. I tried a new one out that was just terrible. The people were jerks and the space was crowded and pretentious. I must say, however, their Cortada was off the chain. Anyways, I left after chugging my delicious espresso and steamed milk and called Maggie (who you’ve all seen before. Yes I have the honor of shooting both of their weddings.) asking if I could come hang out. How pitiful is that? What can I say I just love that little unit. Robin and Harry went above and beyond. Their evening was gorgeous, simple, and timeless. I loved every bit of detail they put into it, even those amazing personal sized king cakes as favors. Boom, my heart was happy.
